Before you pay - your 7 days We'll hold your studio for 7 days while you finish everything: your Rightmove checks (ID, right to rent and references), your guarantor if your plan needs one, and your licence agreement signed by you and your guarantor. We'll guide you through it and remind you along the way. The £99 advance rent holds the studio for you and comes off your rent. It isn't refundable if you cancel, or if everything isn't finished within 7 days and we need to release the studio to someone else.
