Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. We keep ours to a minimum.
Cookies we always use
These make the site work, so they can't be switched off:
- Session - keeps you signed in, and keeps your booking safe as you go through the steps
- Security - protects forms and payments
- Your cookie choices - remembers what you've chosen below
Cookies we only use with your permission
- Preferences - remembers choices such as "I'm a student" or "I'm a parent"
- Analytics - Microsoft Clarity shows us which pages people use and where they get stuck, so we can improve the site. It hides anything you type.
- Tours and videos - Matterport 3D tours, and Vimeo or Google Drive videos, set their own cookies when you play them. Until you allow these, we show a button to load them instead.
Changing your mind
Choose "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to change your choices at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not then work.
Other websites' cookies
Matterport, Vimeo and Google have their own privacy and cookie policies, which apply when you use their content.
