About us

Using our site
The site is free to use. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Prices and availability are shown live and are confirmed when you reserve.
The site is intended for people living in, or moving to, the United Kingdom.
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to encourage anything unlawful
- use it other than for your own personal use
- post or send anything defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing or hateful, or anything that breaches someone else's rights
- send spam or advertise other products or services
- upload viruses or other harmful code
- try to access other people's accounts or get round the site's security
We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you've broken these terms.
Your account
If you have an account, keep your sign-in details private. If you think someone else knows them, tell us straight away at bookings@thestudentzone.co.uk. We may disable an account if these terms are broken.
Our content
We own, or have permission to use, everything on this site, including the photos, videos and 3D tours. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not copy or reuse our content commercially without our permission.

Some links take you to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information.
