Close to everything
Every Zone building is in the city or town centre - close to the University of Leicester, De Montfort University or the University of Northampton, and to shops, cafes and the station.

Your own space
Most of our homes are private studios with their own kitchen and shower. Some Leicester buildings also have rooms in small shared flats - each building page shows exactly what's on offer.

More than just a room
Many of our buildings have a gym, cinema room, study spaces or a common room. Each building page lists what it has.

Simple to budget
Bills are included at The Drapery, College Street, De Montfort Mews, 8 West Walk, Upperton Road, Pannell House, 12-16 De Montfort Street and Chetwyn House. Other buildings have one set yearly utility fee, shown before you book.
